REFUNDS & RETURNS


 

OUR RETURN POLICY:  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the parts purchased are the correct parts for your application prior to ordering, use or installation of the parts. Please make sure you are ordering the proper parts that fit your application prior to order. HunsakerUSA.com is not responsible in anyway for any product that does not fit properly. A 30% restocking fee will be charged to all accepted returns. To return a product for restocking or warranty claim, email or call us for an RGA number prior to returning a purchased item to us. The RGA number does not guarantee a replacement or refund of any kind, but only that we will accept the return shipment and will inspect it for restocking or warranty claim. All seats and special order parts are non-refundable and non-returnable. Including, all Seats, Redhead dry break products, billet quick fill nozzles and all recessed fender fill necks including the 2.25" and 3.0" recessed fender fill necks, All tubing and QuikFill Dumpcans that have been cut, modified by customers request and built to customers specifications are non-refundable. Shipments received that are not recognized as a vendor shipment and that do not have an RGA number clearly printed on the outside are refused at the dock-no questions asked. Products returned by the customer remains the property and responsibility of the customer until it is safely received by us and the customer can document its receipt. Therefore, HunsakerUSA.com recommends that the customer pay for both full insurance and tracking on all returns. HunsakerUSA.com reserves the right to have the customer ship their warranty claim directly to the manufacturer. A refund, exchange, credit or core charge refund will not be considered until all related items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to HunsakerUSA.com and your claims have been fully inspected by our staff or the manufacturer. Acceptance of product for restocking may take up to 10 business days from the receipt of product. Acceptance of warranty claims may take up to 30 business days from the receipt of product. Original shipping, handling, customs or duty fees are non-refundable. All dry breaks, or any special order parts are non-refundable. A photocopy of the  customer's sales invoice, a written explanation of the problem, and a contact phone number must accompany all authorized returns.

OUR REFUND POLICY:  Approved refunds will be paid either by company check, credit card reimbursement or account credit for future orders. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process. 

OUR SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY:  We do not accept special order returns on any special order products. Special order items will be charged in full at time of order. All special order items will be processed in the most efficient and timely manner possible. HunsakerUSA.com is not responsible for any and will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom-built items. It is the customer's responsibility, at the time of ordering a special order item, to obtain an estimated time of arrival. The approximate time of arrival is just that - APPROXIMATE. HunsakerUSA.com will not be held responsible for specific ship-to or receiving dates of your special order. Refusal of a special order shipment does not constitute right to a refund of any kind whatsoever.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS:  We ship using FedEx SmartPost and FedEx Ground. For International purchases, please email us for a shipping quote, prior to check out, so that we can provide you with an accurate price to ship your purchase. 

OUR WARRANTY POLICY:  Hunsaker USA warrants products made and sold to be free from manufacturer defects to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. For any warranty claims, please contact us at 805-650-2525.

OUR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS OR SHORTAGES POLICY:
All claims of errors in shipments or shortages must be made within 48 hours of the receipt of goods. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made directly with the carrier.

OUR LIABILITY NOTICE: Due to the nature of motorsports and fueling applications, Hunsaker Industries USA shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, but not limited to, damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profit or revenue, cost of purchase or replacement goods. Hunsaker Industries USA reserves the right to make product improvements, changes without notice and without incurring liability with respect to similar products previously manufactured.
